New Granular Damage Tags & Refreshed UI for Smarter Sourcing

More Control, Smarter Sourcing: Introducing New AutoGrab Tags

We understand that sourcing efficiently is a top priority, and our goal is to build tools that genuinely support that effort.

A common challenge we've heard about is the "all or nothing" filter for damaged stock. It can force you to either wade through write-offs or risk missing high-margin vehicles with minor, repairable damage, costing both time and opportunity.

To give you more control, we’ve launched new, granular Damage Tags in the Sourcing module. This update provides a much clearer picture of a vehicle's condition before you even click, allowing you to filter for specifics.

These new tags and updates are live now.

🙅No Tags: This category refers to leads that do not fit into any of the other predefined categories.*

🦄Unicorn: This category represents leads that are considered to be both cheap and urgent, making them a rare and highly desirable find.*

🚙 New Car in Stock: This category is reserved for brand new cars or those with very low mileage that are currently available for purchase.*

🔥 Urgent: These leads have been identified by the algorithm as having a strong urgency to sell, which could indicate a motivated seller or other factors that make the listing time-sensitive.*

❓Missing Details: This category includes leads where there is insufficient information available to make an accurate match, leading to a low confidence rating for the listing.*

🚗 Dealer Demo: These leads are categorized as dealer demonstrators, meaning they have been used for test drives or promotional purposes by the dealership.*

💰Cheap: These leads are priced between 50% under and 15% over the trade price, indicating that they represent a potentially good deal for buyers.*

🍋 Writeoff: These leads have been written off, as determined by the algorithm, indicating that the vehicle may have significant damage or other issues.*

🍱 Extras: This category includes leads that have factory-fitted option packs, indicating that they have additional features or customisation beyond the standard model.*

🗑️ Trash: These leads are priced significantly below market value and may be spam listings, as determined by the algorithm.*

💯 Full Service History: Leads with complete, documented service history records.*

🔑 2 Keys: Leads that include two sets of keys.*

🥇 One Owner: Leads with a single previous owner, often indicating a well-maintained vehicle with a clear ownership history.*

🔖 Certified Pre-Owned: Leads that are manufacturer-inspected and certified, providing assurance of quality and reliability.* Damaged: These leads have been identified as having damage, indicating that the vehicle may require repairs or other attention.*

🚨 Major Damage: Leads with significant structural or functional damage, as identified by the algorithm, likely requiring extensive repairs.*

💅 Cosmetic Damage: Leads with superficial damage, such as scratches or dents, primarily affecting the vehicle’s appearance.*

🧰 Mechanical Damage: Leads with issues to critical systems like the engine or transmission, requiring mechanical repairs.*

❄️ Hail Damage: Leads with body damage caused by hail, typically affecting exterior panels.*

⚠️ Miscellaneous Damage: Leads with various unspecified damages that don’t fit other damage categories.

* Import: Leads for vehicles originally manufactured for a different market, potentially offering unique features or specifications.

* Live Auction: These leads are currently participating in a live auction, indicating that they may sell quickly and at a potentially competitive price.

Alongside these powerful new tags, we’ve also given the Sourcing homepage a facelift for a cleaner workflow. We’ve refreshed the header and moved the list/grid view toggle and column editor to make the experience more intuitive.
