New Platinum Assist Rate

Unlock fairer marketing rates from 1 Dec 2024

We’re excited to introduce Platinum Assist, new rate for marketing lower-value properties in the Residential for Sale and New Homes category, available only to Trade Me Property Platinum Partners*.

We know your portfolio includes a diverse range of properties—one size doesn’t fit all.

For example, a 1-bedroom apartment with an expected sale price of $700,000 or less shouldn’t have the same marketing cost as a 3-bedroom house priced at $900,000 in the same area.

More affordable marketing options

Lower-value properties, like 1-bedroom apartments, could soon have a marketing option that aligns more closely with their value with the new Platinum Assist rate*.

How it works

Starting 1 December 2024, our new pricing structure will reduce marketing rates for properties with an Expected Sale Price (ESP) at or below the Platinum Assist threshold for your office’s zone. This ensures marketing costs are better aligned with their vendor’s property value.

Here’s an example for an office in Zone 1:

Zone 1: Properties with an ESP up to $700,000 qualify for the Platinum Assist Rate.

Thresholds for other office zones:

  • Zone 2: Properties with an ESP up to $550,000 qualify for the Platinum Assist Rate.
  • Zones 3 & 4: Properties with an ESP up to $400,000 qualify for the Platinum Assist Rate.

Access your new Platinum Assist rate

Your updated rate cards will be available in OneHub in October. These rate cards will show exactly what you'll be charging your vendor as a Platinum Partner. Look out for an email in your inbox on 31 October 2024 with access instructions.
