‘The sunsets are breathtaking’: A labour of love is blossoming in Matakana

A Matakana couple has completed a "labour of love," transforming a property into a tranquil riverside retreat. The project involved extensive landscaping and a complete home rebuild designed by Matz Architects.

The four-bedroom home features open-plan living with stunning water views, a high-end kitchen, and generous decks perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets and abundant native birdlife.

With resource consent for subdivision already approved, this park-like property offers significant future potential for its next owners.
