Hamilton skyline to be transformed with city’s first-ever skyscraper

Hamilton's skyline is set for a major transformation with the Victoria St Tower, the city's first skyscraper. Developed by Templeton Group, the 25-storey riverfront building will feature a five-star hotel, luxury residences, hospitality venues, and a rooftop bar.

This landmark project, designed by Ignite Architects, aims to meet Hamilton's growing accommodation demand and will become its tallest building, activating a key precinct on the Waikato River. Construction dates have not yet been confirmed.
