Hamilton skyline to be transformed with city’s first-ever skyscraper

Templeton Group has announced plans for Hamilton's first skyscraper, the Victoria St Tower. This 25-storey, $100 million "vertical city" on the Waikato River will become the city's tallest building.

Designed by Ignite Architects, the tower will feature:

- A five-star hotel

- Residences and apartments

- Hospitality venues and a rooftop bar

The project aims to meet Hamilton's growing accommodation demand and bring international hotel brands to the city, transforming the riverfront precinct.
