Hamilton skyline to be transformed with city’s first-ever skyscraper

Hamilton's skyline is set for a major transformation with the planned Victoria St Tower, the city's first skyscraper. Developed by Templeton Group, the 25-storey building will be located on the Waikato River.

This $100 million "vertical city" will feature a five-star hotel, residences, hospitality venues, and a rooftop bar. The project, designed by Ignite Architects, aims to address Hamilton's growing need for accommodation and will become the city's tallest building upon completion.
