How two Wellington couples built a house each on a difficult sloping site

Two Wellington couples, including architects from Space Craft Architects, tackled housing affordability by building two homes on a steep, undesirable Miramar site. By pooling resources, they designed and built two separate, three-story houses on a plot most would consider impractical for one.
