Congratulations to Craig Lowe of Lowe & Co in Wellington, our Innovator of the Year!

Craig created the "Engine Room," a support system that removes significant administrative work for salespeople, saving them around 30 hours per transaction. This allows agents to focus on listing and selling properties. Using local and offshore staff, the system provides extended support hours, resulting in better client communication and helping Lowe & Co grow its market share in the Wellington region.
