What does the ‘Listed' date mean on Trade Me Property?

The 'Listed date' on Trade Me Property shows when a specific listing was uploaded to our site, not necessarily when the property first came to market.

A property may be relisted for several reasons, such as being off-site for 45 days or a new agency taking over. Therefore, the 'Listed date' should not be used to determine how long a property has been for sale. Buyers are strongly encouraged to ask the listing agent directly for this information.
